Our directors launched Nexus Search with a shared passion for delivering market-leading talent to clients quickly, but without ever compromising on quality. After witnessing a large number of search partners lose sight of what’s important to their customers over their own growth goals, we strive to do things differently.
We aim to grow to a maximum of 40 exceptional consultants. From our associates to our directors, every member of Nexus Search is immersed in the day-to-day of recruitment – and this is how it’ll stay.
Our intention is to work closely with a limited number of the most exciting clients in the market and become their agile hiring partner of choice. It is with our ‘skill-set expert’ structure, niche client partnership model, and our ability to develop outstanding consultants that allows us to deliver the best candidates, quicker than our competition.

Prior to launching Nexus Search, Fraser successfully grew a well-known recruitment firm’s global Automotive division, earning his title as Director for Automotive. He managed the performance of four elite teams of consultants across key, highly profitable divisions.
Prior to launching Nexus Search, Max was key in building a successful Operations & General Management practice for a prominent firm. He has supported numerous manufacturing businesses in their re-location to low-cost countries, sourcing well-regarded professionals at all levels—from management to C-suite.
Prior to launching Nexus Search, Johnny was responsible for building a leading recruitment firm’s Purchasing & Supply Chain practice focusing on Automotive and FMCG. During this time, he successfully supported industry leading businesses in transforming their end-to-end supply chains.
Prior to launching Nexus Search, Stanley designed and led a new FMCG practice of a leading search firm. He spent many successful years building a comprehensive FMCG talent network, completing several C-suite assignments for blue-chip companies.
