The brief

Forvia is a top five tier 1 automotive suppliers with over 266 locations across 35 countries and over 114,000 staff. We partnered with a new business unit of the group called SAS who were searching for a leadership talent partner to support them in filling critical talent gaps within their leadership team. After leaving the JV with Continental and becoming fully integrated into Forvia group, they found there was a lack of the right leaders to execute the aggressive transformation and growth strategy required of the new ownership.

The initial task was to focus on the European leadership team across multiple skill-sets with a diversity quota in place and to replace the leadership team of their largest manufacturing facility which was in a crisis mode, following the success of these two important projects we were then asked to support the hiring of their new Americas leadership team for SAS, as well as support Faurecia Group  for key hires within their regional and global leadership team across multiple skill sets and regions.
