The third largest global confectionary manufacturer with 36 locations and over 17,000 employees, Perfetti van Melle own brands such as Mentos, Chupa Chups, Alpenliebe and Fruitella.

 To continue growing they needed to create a more centralised structure and global approach, especially within Operations & Supply Chain. They needed global leaders from performance-driven FMCG companies across the end-to-end supply chain, that can drive their growth and standardise best practices globally.
